Oprah Tops Forbes' 21 Highest Paid Celebrity List

Just one year after ending her daytime talk show, Oprah Winfrey found herself at the top of Forbes' just-released 21 highest paid celebrities list.
The 58-year-old's financial empire has been recognized by the business magazine for four years in a row after calculating how much money she rakes in every twelve months.
Forbes estimated Oprah earned $165 million between May 2011 and May 2012 which puts her ahead of "Transformers" mastermind Michael Bay ($160 million) and director/producer legend Steven Spielberg ($130 million).
The magazine explained they took into account endorsements, profits, upfront pay and advertising work when compiling the list of 21 wealthiest celebrities.
The complete rundown of this year's 21 highest paid celebs is as follows:
