A Nigerian heiress to her father’s vast mutlibillion fortune wants to be the next Rihanna — and she will not spare a dime of her father’s wealth in her pursuit of fame.

When Rihanna first launched her singing career, she may have dreamed about landing the kind of fame and fortune that would allow her to buy a Picasso.

But pop star wannabe Abimbola “Bim” Fernandez, who counts Rihanna as one of her role models, already has an original canvas by the Spanish master hanging above her bed in her Manhattan pied-à-terre.

The 24-year-old beauty doesn’t need to aspire to a life of wealth and luxury. She is the daughter of Nigerian gemstone tycoon Antonio Deinde Fernandez, who Bim says is worth a staggering $8.7 billion.

Her privileged background might raise the hackles of many a cash-strapped artist struggling to break into the music industry, but Fernandez insists: “Money can’t buy a record deal.

“It can’t buy good music. You can either sing or you can’t.”

A statement from the Mosque explained,
"[Rihanna] was asked to leave before entering the actual mosque after taking some photos that did not fit within the rules and regulations set out to preserve the sacredness of the center."
And I guess it didn't help that she referred to a group of Muslim women as bitches in an Instagram post from the shoot.

Rihanna violently hits fan in face with microphone' at Birmingham concert

Rihanna has been caught on camera purportedly violently hitting an over eager fan in the face with her microphone during a recent concert in Birmingham.
The Umbrella hitmaker can be seen in the footage, which was posted on YouTube by a fan at the gig, running along the front of the crowd as she continued singing.
But as the over excited fans tried to grab her as she ran along Rihanna was then seen turning back as she launched her microphone in the air and slammed it in to one fan's face before continuing with her concert.
The 25-year-old was in Birmingham on the latest stop of her Diamonds World Tour when the alleged incident happened.

It is believed it was the same concert where Rihanna upset fans by turning up more than two hours late after partying with her model pal Cara Delevingne the night before.
The pair were out and about in London on Sunday night after her show there, turning up at the posh Bouijs nightclub at 1.45am on Monday and leaving at 3.15am.

Rihanna’s MAC Lipstick Gives Fan Herpes

Be careful when you’re attending one of singer Rihanna’s concerts. If a representative from MAC asks you to try her ‘RiRi Woo’ lipstick, just say “no thanks.”
One fan, Starkeema Greenidge, 28, of Harlem, told the NY Daily News she tried the RiRi Woo lipstick at a MAC counter set up at a recent Rihanna concert. But 2 days later, the unlucky fan developed a cold sore on her lips which turned out to be herpes.
Rihanna has been plagued with rumors that she has herpes.
Greenridge said she’s suing MAC to urge the company to be more sanitary with its products.
Greenridge said the MAC employee instructed her to “press her lips together and spread the lipstick around,” according to the lawsuit.
“(MAC) didn’t use a fresh or new lipstick tube, but rather one that had been used for other patrons,” the suit charges.
“I wasn’t able to work for two weeks. It cost me a lot of money,” Greenidge, a waitress, told the Daily News on Wednesday.
She said she slapped MAC with the suit in Manhattan Supreme Court in hopes of forcing the company to be more sanitary in the future. Greenidge also said the company should train its employees to use disposable tubes or swabs to apply the lipstick.
The RiRi Woo lipstick was inspired by the singer’s favorite MAC red, Ruby Woo lipstick, according to the NY Daily News.
The lipstick sold out within hours of its launch online.
Herpes is a highly contagious, sexually transmitted parasitic virus. There is no known cure.
