2013 Teen Choice Awards: Photos ,The Winners

As the night comes to a close, the full list of 2013 Teen Choice Awards winners is finally out!

Co-hosts Lucy Hale and Darren Criss led the exciting evening's festivities, as stars like One Direction and Demi Lovato took the stage for amazing performances.

Making for one of the night's most memorable moments was Lea Michele's tear-filled acceptance speech for Choice TV Actress: Comedy. After taking the mic, the 26-year-old star remembered her late boyfriend/co-star Cory Monteith and said, "Thank you guys. Thank you. I just wanted to be here today to personally thank all of you and tell everyone out there how much your love and support has meant to me over these very past few difficult weeks."

Meanwhile, Miley Cyrus (although not present) scored a few wins with Choice TV Scene Stealer, Choice Summer Song and Candie's Fashion Trendsetter award.

In addition, Miss Lovato took home Choice Female Artist and the trophy for Choice Single for her hit "Heart Attack."
