New Law In UAE Forces Nursing Mothers To Breastfeed Till Their Baby Is 2 Years Old Or The Husband Will Sue!

According to a new law in the United Arab Emirates, all nursing mothers must now breastfeed their children for at least two years after giving birth, or risk being sued by their husbands!
And this is all because their Federal National Council believe it is the right of all children to be breastfed up to the age of two, cos it is a duty and not an option for any woman. But in a situation where a mother is unable to breastfeed for biological reasons, the state would support her by providing a wet nurse (ie a woman who breast feeds and cares for another woman's child).

Ever since the law became effective, several groups supporting new parents have reacted strongly to it cos they are concerned that enacting such a law would leave mothers facing potential serious punishment.

HEAT IS ON :THE GAME Challenges Zimmerman to Boxing Match

The Game just came on  and formally accepted the challenge to fight George Zimmerman in the ring ... but the promoter hedged, saying although Game is a front-runner, there are more than 4,700 others who want to fight  Zimmerman.

The Game scoffed at promoter Damon Feldman, who said Zimmerman would be a tough opponent because he's been heavy into boxing training.  Game -- who's 6'5" and 240 lbs -- predicts a quick knockout.
Damon says Zimmerman has agreed to fight DMX ... and he says he'll make a decision in a few days for the March 1 fight.

Wande Coal talks about his 5-year-old Love Child

Hip-hop star, Oluwatobi Wande Ojosipe, better known as Wande Coal, has opened up on what has been his best kept secret saying he has a five year old son whom he affectionately called Coal Jnr.
Speaking with P.M.NEWS recently, the Black Diamond star said rather than being subjected to crude speculations by some mischievous groups, he would want to reveal the private side of him that many didn’t know.
“Nobody is going to surprise me anymore. Let me then announce to the whole world that I already have a five-year old son. I had the boy since 2008 before I released my debut
album,‘Mushin 2 Mo’Hits’. I have been keeping it secret ever since then but think it’s high time people should know,”
Wande, who on Tuesday 28 January was unveiled as Globacom’s latest ambassador, said this is a new era in his life and would love to clear the air on many of those subjects including his controversial exit from his last label, Mavin Records, relationship with Don Jazzy and D’Banj.
According to Mushin-Lagos-bred singer, there was no beef prior to his leaving Don Jazzy's label except that he just needed a move so as to grow as a musician and businessman. He said it is not true that his reconnection with D’Banj influenced his decision to leave Don Jazzy.
“It was my desire to grow and build my own brand, Black Diamond, that made me quit Mavin Records. There is no beef at all. I would have done that when Mo’Hit crisis occurred but the love that I have for my other label mates then made me stay a while to nurture my own project. When I was convinced it is time, then I moved."
He added that it was very easy for him to leave when he left because he never signed any contractual agreement while with the label.
“Everything I did with Mavin, I did it with love. There was no deal. It was strictly done with pure heart for a brother, and I stayed obedient till I left. I am happy now that things are taking shape with Black Diamond."
On being on the same platform with D’Banj as Glo ambassadors, Wande said he is more than happy as it provokes nostalgic feeling.
“D’Banj and I were like 5 and 6 in the Mo’Hit era. He is like a big brother to me from way back. Now that he’s also a Glo ambassador, it gives me warm feeling. It makes me even more happy."
The artiste who is expected to jet out of the country to shoot commercials for Glo said his second album is almost ready and will be released soon on Black Diamond imprints.

2 Chinese Employers Brutally Beat Up Their Nigerian Staff

The State Criminal Investigation Department, Eleweran, Ogun State, has detained two Chinese nationals, Mike Jackson and Tony Jackson, for allegedly brutalising Adeleke Owolabi, an employee of their company, Jivan Plastic Company.

According to Punch, the victim, Adeleke Owolabi said he had just been hired by Mike to be a marketer in the northern part of the country. Only for Mike and his cousin, Tony Jackson, to brutalise him during an argument in Mike’s office.
The 40-year-old victim said:
“I have been self-employed for a long time and I met Mike sometime last year. He offered me a marketing job in his company and asked me to resume in the first week of January. He produces PVC, a roofing material, and said he wanted to expand to the north and since I needed the job, I accepted.
I went on January 6, but he told me to return the following day. However, I could not make it because I travelled. On January 8, I returned and after discussions, he said I should go get a sack in which I could put the PVC into. I bought a Ghana-must-go bag of N500 with my own money and one of his former marketers showed me how to package them. I loaded 200 pieces into the sack and I was set for my travel to the north. But Mike said I should proceed to the production section to learn more about the product.”
The graduate of Mass Communications from Olabisi Onabanjo University said when it was about 4pm, he told Mike that he wanted to leave so that he could arrive Kano on time, but an argument ensued. He said Mike became violent and descended on him.
Owolabi continued:
“After pleading with Mike, he said I should remove the PVC from the bag and return the bag. As I was doing this, Mike kicked me in my private part. I asked him why he was being wicked to me since he was the one who offered me the job.

“He said I was not handling the PVC properly and they could break. He then slapped me, so I held his shirt in order to stop him, but his cousin, Tony, smashed a bottle on my head and beat me up until I fainted.”
The father of two said when he woke up, he was covered in blood. He said a lady took him to the Makun Police Division from where he was referred to Idera Hospital for treatment. He alleged that the Chinese men refused to visit him at the hospital and did not offer any apology. That the police too refused to press charges against the Chinese men.
“The police said since Mike and Tony were foreigners, a lot of things would be involved. I then reported the matter to a human rights organisation and the case was taken to the Nigerian Immigration Service, Ogun State Command. Mike and his cousin came on January 17, and that was the first time they apologised to me and promised to help me secure a Chinese visa,”
However, it was learnt that after PUNCH Metro’s publication, the police immediately stormed the PVC manufacturing company in Sagamu and whisked the suspects away. It was learnt that the suspects would remain in police custody until the completion of investigation.

George Zimmerman Agrees to Celeb Boxing Match ... Even Black People

0130-george-zimmerman-boxing

Now's your chance to kick George Zimmerman's ass with zero legal repercussions -- he just agreed to a celebrity boxing match ... and he says he'll fight ANYONE ... even black people.

Celebrity boxing promoter Damon Feldman threw down the challenge, offering George money to step in the ring. Now here's the kicker ... the opponent has NOT been selected.

We're told George is open to fighting a black person, but the promoter is not discriminating, telling us "We're not looking at it as a race thing ... We haven't discussed purple, yellow, white, black."

Lately George has been more interested in boxing than guns ... regularly training in the ring.

As for George's cut from the fight, we're told he's donating the money to charity.

If you'd like to throw your hat in the ring for the March 1 match, email fightgeorge@hotmail.com.

Trouble in Paradise " Kim Kardashian fights with Kanye West over home renovation

Too much on their plate: Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, seen here in Paris on January 21, are stressing out over planning a massive wedding and renovating their new house
Kim Karashian has taken on more than she can handle.
Not only is the reality star overseeing a massive home renovation that she's butting heads with her fiancé Kanye West over, according to Life & Style. 'He's impossible to please,' said an insider.
But the 33-year-old is also in the middle of planning a massive $30m wedding in France this summer. 'The family is already eye-rolling about her crazy wedding plans,' a source told InTouch. 'She and Kanye have a "go big or go home" attitude.'
The $11m mansion re-do is the more difficult issue because until it's done, the couple will have to continue living with her mother Kris Jenner in Hidden Hills, California.
'She just wants to be settled,' a source told Life & Style. 'Not squatting in someone else's house.'
The Bel-Air property that was purchased a year ago won't be done until July or August, reported the weekly.
'The house has a long way to go before they can move in,' added the source. 'It's frustrating for Kim.'
Her fiancé isn't making it any easier.
'He's a total snob when it comes to style, design and architecture.... he thinks nothing of changing direction midway and starting over,' said the source.
'He's a control freak and flies off the handle when things don't go his way.'

Bare bones: Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's dream home looks further from completion than ever before
Going backwards: Just two months ago the $11 million property was less derelict
A long way to go: Kim originally said the house would be ready by the summer of 2014 but it looks further off

Justin Bieber Deportation Petition Goes To White House

Justin Bieber may be moving sooner -- and way farther -- than he planned .. because THE WHITE HOUSE will now consider whether Bieber's ass gets deported back to Canada. Justin Bieber's luck may be running out.

The Biebs' lawless streak is now on Pres. Obama's agenda ... 'cause tens of thousands of fed-up Americans have signed an online petition on the OFFICIAL White House website ...demanding Biebs be deported and his green card revoked.

And here's the thing -- the White House has PROMISED to review any petition that gathers more than 100,000 signatures within 30 days ... the Bieber petition already has more than 102K in just 6 days.

The petition calls JB a dangerous and reckless drug abuser who is "not only threatening the safety of our people but he is also a terrible influence on our nation's youth."

Here's the thing -- none of Bieber's alleged crimes would get him deported under current immigration law. So this is an extreme long shot at best.

Your move, Obama.

Fun Fact : Angry Americans tried to get Piers Morgan deported in 2012 with a similar petition. He's still here.

Toni Braxton Buys $3 Million Mansion 6 Months After Bankruptcy

0127-toni-braxton-01
Reality TV can pull you out of bankruptcy and get you a $3 million house next to Justin Bieber ... all in 6 MONTHS ... and Toni Braxton's living proof.
Toni -- whose reality show "Braxton Family Values" is already on its third season -- just purchased a mansion for close to $3 million in Calabasas' exclusive gated community The Oaks ... just a few houses down from Justin.

The house is 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and measures 5,323 sq. ft.

Technically, it's the smallest house in the neighborhood ... but still, not too bad for someone who was dead ass broke less than a year ago.

Toni's real estate purchase has to sting for her old creditors -- as we reported, when Braxton filed for bankruptcy in 2010 (for the second time) she claimed debts as high as $50,000,000 ... and only ended up repaying a tiny fraction of that before the debts were cleared entirely.

Only in America ...

SSS releases Nasir El-Rufai on bail

Former FCT Minister Nasir El Rufai has been released on bail by the State Security Service hours after he reported to the security agency to answer some questions. (Pictured above with Amaechi)

According to reports, Mallam El-Rufai was released in the early hours of Tuesday morning after about 15 hours in SSS custody.

I noticed he hasn't tweeted anything about this interrogation since his release...which is unlike him. His bail conditions have not been made public.

T.I and Tiny Are separated

T.I. and Tiny
T.I. and Tiny split
Atlanta Power couple Clifford “T.I.” Harris, Jr. and his wife of 4 years, former Xscape singer Tameka “Tiny” Harris, have separated. The couple reportedly split on on Saturday shortly after arriving in Los Angeles to attend the 56th Annual Grammy Awards, according to my source.
T.I. was so distraught by the break up that he canceled his appearance on Sunday night’s live telecast of The Grammys where he was nominated for 3 awards.
This is very sad news for fans of both T.I. and Tiny. It is unclear how the break up will affect T.I. and Tiny’s popular reality TV series on VH1.
All couples experience ups and downs during the course of their relationships. In Tiny and T.I.’s case, the pressures were unrelenting. For instance, there are rumors that T.I. recently violated Tiny’s trust by sleeping with one of her female friends. But that’s nothing new.
Another rumor has it that T.I. refused to support Tiny’s new business venture, a line of tequila, because he feels it sends the wrong message to their young fans. T.I. and Tiny have 2 sons together. T.I. also has 3 children with other women, and Tiny has a daughter from a previous relationship.
T.I. and Tiny have gone their separate ways in years past, but they always resolved their issues and got back together for the sake of their beautiful children.
T.I. Loves Tiny so much but he’s a man, and as such he should be allowed to do what comes naturally to men. If their Love is strong they will get back together. As my source said, “There’s hope.”

BREAKING News!!! Mallam El-Rufai Detained In SSS Cell.

Mallam Nasir El-Rufai's case with the State Security Services (SSS) may not be as simple as earlier speculated early this morning.
The security unit have decided to lock-up the Foul-mouth former minister, as his questioning may continue the next day.
Attempts by big wigs of the All progressive congress (APC) bigwigs to secure his release today proved abortive, as the SSS officers claimed that they no longer trust the Indicted former BPE boss, as he avoided their invitation for nearly 3 days.
As at the time of this post, all the APC leaders and supporters have left the SSS headquarter in Abuja, while El-Rufai is cooling off alone in the cell. -
Hope For Nigeria.
